This is one of my husbands favorite meals; so easy and so delicious. Just place it in the crock pot in the morning then at dinner time all you have to do is fix some side dishes to go along with it.
Tender Pork Roast
1 3-lb. boneless pork roast
1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon ground mustard
Cut roast in half and place in a 5 quart slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until a meat thermometer read 160 -170 degrees.
